Wilders called Erdogan an “Islamofascist” and called for Turkey to be expelled out of NATO

Geert Wilders, leader of the extreme right in the Netherlands and leader of the Freedom Party, one of the ruling parties in this country, called for Turkey to be kicked out of the NATO alliance.

“Islamofascist Erdogan is threatening to attack Israel. This guy is totally crazy. Turkey should be kicked out of NATO,” Wilders said in a post on Twitter.

Wilders wrote this after Erdogan said that Turkey could enter Israel as it entered Nagorno Karabakh or Libya to prevent crimes.

There was a sharp reaction from Israel, in which Erdogan was threatened with the fate of Saddam Hussein, whom Israel’s Foreign Minister Israel Katz wrote had also threatened Israel.

After that, they announced from Turkey that the Prime Minister of Israel will have the same fate as the leader of Nazi Germany, Adolf Hitler. Hitler committed suicide after Soviet forces entered Berlin.

According to the Statute of the NATO alliance, it is not possible to exclude any member from the alliance if itself does not want it. Turkey has been a member of NATO since 1952 and has the second largest army in the alliance and a very important strategic position, Klix.ba writes.
