At least 16 Palestinians, including four children, were killed in an attack by the Israeli army on a school housing displaced civilians in the Gaza Strip.
The Palestinian news agency WAFA reported that the Israeli army bombed a school used as a shelter in the Nuseirat refugee camp, located in the central part of the Gaza Strip.
At least 16 Palestinians, including four children, were said to have been killed in the airstrike.
WAFA announced that one person was killed in an Israeli airstrike on Gaza City in the north of the country. The Israeli army targeted a motorcycle in the city of Rafah in the south of the country, and there were also wounded in that attack.
In the Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip since October 7 last year, 42,847 Palestinians were killed, including about 17,000 children and 11,378 women, and 100,544 people were wounded.
Although thousands of dead are said to still lie under the rubble, teams on the ground are unable to reach the bodies due to intense Israeli attacks.
