The aim of the internship, which will last for two weeks, is for students from the diaspora to get to know the work of BiH institutions, and through their work improve their language skills.
22 students sent the applications for work placements, which are required to be done during the study, and in the meantime five dropped out.
“17 students with BiH heritage will do the internship in BiH, of which 4 are already on an internship’’, said to Fena that Ministry for Human Rights and Refugees of BIH.
The students come from the Netherlands, Austria, USA, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Czech Republic, Great Britain, and they will be here until mid-September.
Also, at the end of the year one student will arrive from Australia to do the internship.
During the internship, students will become familiar with the state structure of BiH, the work of the sector, ministries, other BiH institutions, as well as the work of nonprofit organizations that deal with the diaspora.
This is the fourth year that Ministry for Human Rights and Refugees of BiH is organizing internships for students with BiH heritage, and in the last 3 years around 30 students have done internships.
