On this occasion, today at 10:00 the Constitutional Court will hold a ceremonial session, and at noon it will organize an international conference called Constitutional Court-between negative legislature and positive activism.
A large number of local officials and international guests will attend the ceremonial session and the conference, among which are the representative of the General Secretary of the Council of Europe, representative of the Chairperson of the Conference of European constitutional courts, president and vice president of the Venice Commission, and presidents and judges of a large number of constitutional courts from Europe who will take part in the work of the international conference.
The ceremonial session of the Constitutional Court and the International Conference will take place in the Parliamentary Assembly of B&H in Sarajevo, announced the Constitutional Court.
The B&H Constitutional Court was constituted for the first time on 15 February 1964 pursuant to the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina from 1963.
