Activists of the Citizens’ Association “Eastern Alternative” today put up a billboard in the center of Bratunac with a picture and a birthday greeting to the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin.

The billboard was put up to coincide with Putin’s birthday on October 7.

The president of the association, Vojin Pavlović, told Srna that they congratulate the Russian president on his birthday with the wish to “defeat the evil that has gripped the world and persevere in the fight against Western fascism and the enslavement of freedom-loving peoples”.

Next to Putin’s photo is written “October 7, happy birthday, our dear president, long live and be healthy!”.

The association “Eastern Alternative” is known for its pro-Russian activities, but also for its support of convicted war criminal Ratko Mladić.

The president of the entity Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik previously said that he will talk to Putin in Moscow at the beginning of November at the latest, stressing that it is important for the RS “to have such a relationship with a global leader”, Klix.ba reports.
