A convoy of 17 trucks carrying humanitarian aid to the Palestinians entered the Gaza Strip today, Egyptian state media reported.
It is the second delivery of aid to the territory under Israeli siege.
Gazans have been cut off from water, food, medicine and electricity supplies since Hamas extremists attacked southern Israel on October 7.
Gaza Health Ministry spokesman Ashraf Al Kudra said today that Israeli strikes since October 7 have killed 4,651 Palestinians, 40 percent of whom are children.
More than 14,245 people were wounded, 70 percent of whom were children and women, the spokesman said.
Israeli forces continued to bombard the Gaza Strip today, for the sixteenth day in a row.
