On Mount Visočica, in part of the territory of the city of Konjic, one person died, the Facebook page of the Mountain Rescue Service (GSS) Prenj announced.
Members of the GSS Prenj contacted another mountaineer, who stated that his friend had fallen and died, the post states.
Members of the GSS Prenj and GSS Sarajevo, as well as members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton, are on the ground.
They added that the terrain is very inaccessible, which makes it difficult to reach the other mountaineer and the body of the deceased person.
