The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH announced at today’s hearing to the President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik in the Court of BiH that it will present around 60 material evidence, while today it presented two related to two orders of the Court of BiH on the exclusion of material evidence.
The defense agreed that it was legal, but that after the presentation of the remaining evidence, it would be determined whether it was the originals and certified copies or not.
The next hearing is scheduled for April 29 at 2:00 p.m., when the presentation of material evidence will continue, on which the defense will declare in writing, after determining whether they are valid or not.
Dodik’s lawyer, Goran Bubić, said that he could not attend that hearing because he already agreed on obligations for the end of April and the beginning of May in January.
Judge Sena Uzunović stayed with the appointment of April 29.
Before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, a hearing was held today against the President of the Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, and the acting director of the “Official Gazette of Srpska”, Miloš Lukić, for disobeying the decisions of the High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Christian Schmidt.
