Air Arabia is the first and the largest low-cost airline in the Middle East, whose headquarters is located in Sharjah, the largest and the third most popular city in the United Arab Emirates, around 15 kilometers away from Dubai.
Adel Abdullah Al Ali, director of Air Arabia, addressed the attendees today, and said that air transport to the capital of BiH will begin with 4 flights a week, and they will try to establish a system of daily flights until the month of July.
Armin Kajmakovic, general manager of the International Airport Sarajevo, emphasized the importance of establishing this airline for entire BiH, especially for the development of tourism. This move will improve the relations between the two countries and create an opportunity for new work places.
The company Air Arabia will control the price of the flight, which will initially amount to 50 USD, while the airport in Sarajevo will establish the price of taxes. The final price can amount up to 300 USD, and it will depend on the supply, demand and interest of passengers for this route.
