An Earthquake measuring 5.8 struck Greece

An earthquake measuring 5.8 on the Richter scale struck the west of the Peloponnese peninsula in Greece.

The Athens Geodynamic Institute said the earthquake was recorded 18 kilometers underground.

So far, no damage has been reported from the earthquake that occurred at 9:12 a.m. local time.
