Members of the Neretva Sports and Recreational Club, in cooperation with the Federal Administration of Civil Protection of Bosnia and Herzegovina, found another body in Buturović Polje, it was announced today.
In the floods and landslides that hit Bosnia and Herzegovina on the night from Thursday to Friday, at least 20 people died, 17 of them in Herzegovina and three in central Bosnia.
According to data from the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton, the search for nine people is still ongoing, five in Jablanica, four in Konjic.
Croatia, Serbia and Slovenia have already sent rescue teams to the territory of Jablanica and Konjic, the municipalities most affected by the natural disaster, and rescuers from Montenegro should arrive tomorrow.
Road communication towards Donja Jablanica on all established routes is still available for use exclusively by rescue services and other vehicles with special permits.
