Šuhret Fazlić, founder of the Movement for a Modern and Active Krajina, will not be a candidate for the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, after the Court of Appeal rejected his appeal against the Central Election Commission’s decision not to certify his candidacy.
The CEC had previously refused to certify his candidacy because a certain number of signatures came from the same person. An appeal was subsequently filed, which was rejected.
