The Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at its session scheduled for today, is expected to consider the Report on the Execution of the Budget of the Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the International Obligations of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2024.
The Proposal for a Decision on the Temporary Suspension of Customs Rates on Imports of Goods Originating from the United States of America should also be considered.
The ministers should, among other things, have before them the Summary Annual Report on the Resolution of Administrative Matters in Administrative Procedure for 2024.
The planned agenda also includes the Draft Basis for Initiating the Procedure for Conducting Negotiations for the Conclusion of the Second Additional Protocol to the Convention on Cybercrime on Enhanced Cooperation and Disclosure of Electronic Evidence, and the Draft Loan Agreement (Just Transition Project in Selected Coal-Rich Regions in Bosnia and Herzegovina) between BiH and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, with the Basis for the Conclusion of the Agreement.
The Draft Grant Agreement – Western Balkans Investment Framework (WBIF) – Safe and Sustainable Transport Program (SSTP) – (Sustainable, Integrated and Safe Road Infrastructure Project) between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development/International Development Association as the Lead Financing Institution for the WBIF-SSTP, with the Basis for the Conclusion of the Agreement, should also be considered.
The Council of Ministers of BiH should also consider the proposed answers to parliamentary questions.
