BiH Council of Ministers to decide on Reduction of Custom Rates for Electric and Hybrid Cars

At today’s session, the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina should consider the proposed decision on the temporary suspension and temporary reduction of customs rates for the import of new electric and hybrid cars until the end of this year.

The proposer is the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The draft agreement between Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina for the “IPA three” cross-border cooperation program, proposed by the Ministry of Finance and Treasury of Bosnia and Herzegovina, will be before the ministers. This ministry is the proposer and information on the distribution of the use of current reserve funds for nine months of last year, the Council of Ministers announced.

It is planned that the ministers will also consider the proposed decision on the appointment of members of the Expert Council of the Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The agenda will also include information on the preparation of the proposal of the action plan of the Council of Ministers for the implementation of the Communication Strategy of BiH institutions on the process of accession to the European Union – from candidate status to membership for the year 2024, with the proposal of the action plan.

The agenda of the session also includes proposals for the work program of the institutions of the Council of Ministers.

It is planned that the ministers will also consider giving consent for the voting of citizens of the Russian Federation on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, on the occasion of holding the presidential elections on March 17.
