Today, the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina should consider the Information on the increased influx of migrants and the deterioration of the security situation in temporary reception centers, proposed by the Ministry of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Report on the work of the Coordinating Body, the Expert Team and the Legal Team regarding the disposal of radioactive waste and spent nuclear fuel at the location Čerkezovac, Trgovska gora, Municipality Dvor, Republic of Croatia, proposed by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of BiH, should also be considered.
The report on the work of the State Commission for the Border of Bosnia and Herzegovina, for the period July – October 2023, should also be before the ministers.
Consideration of the new text of the Proposal for the Decision on the Adoption of the Strategy for the Fight Against Corruption 2024-2028 is planned. and the Action Plan for the implementation of the Strategy for the fight against corruption 2024-2028.
The agenda should include, among other things, Information on the activities of the BiH Ministry of Security in the reception of BiH citizens returning from the Federal Republic of Germany to BiH based on the European Travel Document for Return (EU Laissez Passer).
Reports on the work of the institutions of the Council of Ministers of BiH for 2023, Information on the participation of BiH in the European Union’s Creative Europe program in 2023, as well as Information on the preparation of the Appendix of institutions in BiH for the regular annual report on Bosnia and Herzegovina should also be considered.
The initiative from the session of the Commission for the fight against corruption of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH to amend the Law on Public Procurement of BiH is also one of the scheduled items on the agenda of today’s session of the Council of Ministers of BiH.
