The Deputy Director of the Agency for Investigation and Protection (SIPA) Zoran Galić, according to the BiH Prosecutor’s Office, fled to Croatia last month in order to avoid arrest based on the investigation of the “Sky” case and suspicion of corruption.
According to the procedure, the judiciary of Croatia should decide on the possible extradition of Galić BiH, and the extradition request should be sent to Croatia through the Ministry of Justice in the Council of Ministers.
Galić recently submitted a request for dismissal from office and has submitted a request for retirement.
