Deputy Minister of Defense of Bosnia and Herzegovina for Resource Management Aleksandar Goganović received today Brigadier Radomir Kuzma, the outgoing Military Attaché of the Czech Republic, and Brigadier Petar Ševčůj, the newly appointed Military Attaché, on a farewell and inaugural visit.
Goganović conveyed the greetings of Minister of Defense Zukan Helez and Deputy Minister for Policies and Plans Slaven Galić, emphasizing that BiH and the Czech Republic have exceptionally good cooperation.
He thanked the Czech Republic for its contribution to the EUFOR Althea mission, which, as he emphasized, significantly contributes to preserving peace and stability in BiH.
He thanked Brigadier Kuzma for the successful cooperation during his mandate, expressing his belief that he is leaving BiH with positive experiences. He wished Brigadier Ševčůj a welcome and successful work, with the hope that he will continue to strengthen bilateral military cooperation.
Kuzma pointed out that relations with the Ministry of Defense of Bosnia and Herzegovina were correct and productive, while Ševcůj expressed his satisfaction with his new duty and readiness for cooperation and further development of friendly relations between the two countries.
The cooperation between the ministries of defense of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Czech Republic was assessed as very good, and the signing of a new bilateral military cooperation plan is expected soon, the Ministry of Defense of Bosnia and Herzegovina announced.
