The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Elmedin Konaković, will meet with the ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia today after information about the country’s alleged support for the secessionist demands of the smaller BiH entity appeared in the public.
Namely, the report of the Canadian agency Dickens and Madson, published in the database of the US Department of Justice (FARA), reveals the most aggressive steps taken by the authorities in Banja Luka on the international level.
With the goal of secession of the BiH entity Republika Srpska from Bosnia and Herzegovina, engaged lobbyists are trying to include the Middle East in their agenda.
Thus, lobbyists paid by the RS try to directly involve Israel and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in activities aimed at the independence of this entity.
This information comes from the official report of the Canadian lobbying company Dickens and Madson (D&M).
The contract, worth two million US dollars, was signed in September 2025 by Mladen Filipović, the head of the Representation of the RS in Austria, with the first man of the agency, Ari Ben-Menash, a former member of the Israeli military intelligence service.
The essence of the contract is “acquiring the independence of the RS from Bosnia and Herzegovina”, but also strengthening the political position of Milorad Dodik, president of the SNSD.
