Approximately 65 kilograms of marijuana were seized at the Vraćenovići-Deleuša border crossing between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro, and a 31-year-old Bosnian national was arrested on suspicion of the unauthorized production, possession, and distribution of narcotic drugs.
Last night, October 7, around 11:00 PM, Montenegrin police officers stopped the 31-year-old Bosnian national at the Vraćenovići-Deleuša border crossing, Vijesti reports.
Officers conducted a thorough border check of the truck and its trailer at the secondary inspection point. Acting on a search warrant, they searched the trailer and discovered 62 bags of marijuana with a total weight of approximately 65 kilograms.
Following the gathering of information, B.G. was arrested by order of the state prosecutor on suspicion of the criminal offense of unauthorized production, possession, and distribution of narcotic drugs; he will be brought before the state prosecutor’s office for further proceedings, accompanied by a criminal complaint, within the statutory time limits.
