Minister of Justice of BiH Bariša Čolak is in his official visit to PR China where he will sign three very important international agreements in the field of providing international legal assistance between BiH and PR China.
The agreement will regulate issues of legal assistance between the two countries in criminal matters, in civil and commercial matters and extradition.
The agreements will, for the first time, regulate the legal aid, as well as the procedure and method of providing such assistance between the two countries.
After the signing of the treaty, the ratification procedure will follow.
Bosnia and Herzegovina is the only country in the region that has signed such agreements with China.
