In the period January – November 2025, exports from Bosnia and Herzegovina amounted to 15 billion and 568 million KM, which represents an increase of 5.1 percent compared to the same period in 2024.
Imports in the same period amounted to 27 billion and 410 million KM, which is 4.5 percent more than in the first eleven months of the previous year.
The coverage of imports by exports amounted to 56.8 percent, while the foreign trade deficit reached 11 billion and 842 million KM.
Exports to CEFTA countries amounted to 2 billion and 699 million KM, which is an increase of 6.9 percent compared to the same period in 2024. Imports from these countries amounted to 3 billion and 355 million KM, with an increase of 7.3 percent. The coverage of imports by exports in trade with CEFTA countries amounted to 80.4 percent.
Exports to the European Union countries amounted to 11 billion and 480 million KM, which is 5.4 percent more than in the same period last year, while imports amounted to 15 billion and 965 million KM, with a growth of 2.6 percent. The import-export coverage in trade with the EU amounted to 71.9 percent.
