The High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Joseph Borrell, condemned the new attacks by the Israeli army on a hospital and a school that serve as shelters in central Gaza.
“Dozens of civilians who sought safety were killed and wounded in terrible circumstances,” said Borrell in a post on social networks.
According to him, mass evacuation orders, violations of international humanitarian law and disregard for civilian casualties will not make Israelis safer.
