Bosnia records over 50 Percent Decrease in Number of Passengers who entered the Country

In the fourth quarter of 2020 year, on the border of Bosnia and Herzegovina incoming traffic of passengers was 2.708.268 passengers, which shows a decrease of 56,9% compared the 4rd quarter 2019th.The structures of the total number of passengers who have entered to the BiH 39,9% were domestic passengers and 60,1% were foreign passengers. In regard to the type of traffic, 98,2% of the boundary passenger traffic refers to road border traffic. 

In the fourth quarter of 2020 year on the border of Bosnia and Herzegovina incoming traffic of passenger road motor vehicles was 1.158.335. The structure of the road border traffic of motor vehicles, 32,9% involved domestic vehicles, and 67,1% were foreign vehicles, according to BiH Agency for Statistics.
