British Minister for Europe James Cleverly has arrived in Bosnia and Herzegovina. He was welcomed by the outgoing British Ambassador to our country, Matthew Field.
“Warm welcome to James Cleverley, British Minister for Europe. He will be in Sarajevo and Zenica today, with a focus on youth engagement, investment in the United Kingdom, the integrity of elections and the security challenges posed by Russian aggression in Ukraine,” Field said on his Twitter profile.
This is a continuation of the British diplomatic offensive in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Last week, British parliamentarians visited our country, and at the end of last month, Elizabeth Truss, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Kingdom, was in BiH.
As for Cleverly, he spoke about the situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina last year in the British Parliament, when he pointed out the activities carried out by Milorad Dodik, which he called political violence.
