Director of hospital in East Sarajevo Goran Todorovic said that he hopes the construction works on construction of a new hospital in this town will begin in mid-June.
The Ministry of Health and Social Protection of Republika Srpska (RS) announced a tender for the construction of the hospital in East Sarajevo. Tender refers to the purchase of services of planning, construction and equipping of a new PHI Hospital East Sarajevo by the turn key principle.
Estimated total value of the contract excluding VAT amounts to 42,735,042.74 BAM.
The deadline for receipt of offers – requirements for participation on the tender was the 25th of July 2016, 09:00 a.m.
This program includes design, complete preparation of the construction site, execution of all construction works, furnishing with medical equipment of the highest standards required for a modern healthcare facility.
The project includes the construction of a supporting infrastructure such as road communication and decoration of the building’s surroundings, as well as the establishment of a functional unit with already built hospitals.
The new facility will be over 10 000 square meters, will have 210 beds and will be available to all medical specialist services.
