This time they will host individuals and teams of competitors from 45 high schools throughout B&H, which will compete in four areas: engineering, web design, environment and ‘I have an idea’.
Of the 175 projects received, 103 have been accepted, which ensures the representation of the highest quality projects.
The most successful participants will receive valuable cash prizes (700, 400, 300) and there will also be prizes for the participant mentors ((400, 300, 200 BAM), Burch Premium award (in all categories) and discounts on tuition for studies at Burch University.
Surprise awards are prepared as a special category for professors who served as mentors to various students during the three held Olympics.
An interesting fact is that this year of the 175 submitted projects, there were applications from eight foreign countries (France, Turkey, Indonesia, Mali, Albania, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan), which is a good indicator of the announcement that this competition will grow in the near future to something international, announced Burch University.
