The company “Drvo-export” from Teslić, owned by SNSD party councilor Srđan Klječanin Rufi, bought over 56 dunums of land in Jahorina for 41,130,000 marks.

The auction for the sale of this land in the Ministry of Trade and Tourism of the RS was not held because only Rufi (who often claims that he is not the owner of this company) and his director Mladen Markočević appeared at it.

The commission immediately concluded that public tendering could not be carried out, so they switched to direct bargaining.

Thus, 12 plots with a total area of 56,405 square meters, for which the initial price was 41,127,730 BAM, were sold for “rounded” 41,130,000 BAM. He has 30 days to pay the offered amount.

We would like to remind you that the Government of RS recently made a decision to sell plots of land in Jahorina.

The idea to sell the land came from the administration of the “Jahorina” Olympic Center, which asked to use the money from the sale to service liabilities and loans.

The President of the Supervisory Board, Nedeljko Elek, put pressure on the Government and the RS Prosecutor’s Office to give them the land, but nothing will come of it, because the money from the sale of this land will be paid into the budget of Republika Srpska, writes Capital.
