Café bar and Patisserie Aida opened in Sarajevo

patisseries-lt“Aida” is one of the biggest and most famous pastry and coffee producers in Europe. Their employees make three tons of pastry per day.

The shops have so far been opened in Jeddah and Riad in Saudi Arabia, in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Hong Kong, Moscow, Kuwait and Zagreb.

The shop is opened in Sarajevo at the same place where the famous patisserie “Park” used to be.

Dominik Prousek, the first man of this company, confirmed for Klix that “Aida” is now officially open for guests.

“We are for the moment in an experimental phase, and we try to do that in every country. It means that our personel has to go through a training lasting 3 or 4 weeks in order for us to respond the needs of our guests.” – says Prousek.

A he said, there is fifteen employed person in Sarajevo, and some of them have already passed that training in Vienna.

“We also try to adapt our offer to the needs of Bosnian guests. We haven’t yet shown everything we got, but we have received nice impressions from our guests.” – said Prousek.
