
During his one-day visit, Bevanda met with Prime Minister Viktor Orban and President of the local parliament.
‘’Hungarian authorities want to cooperate with local governments in our country without and intermediaries or bypasses’’, said Chairman Bevanda. Investment of Hungarian investors is focused on the sectors in metal, automobile, food and textile, as well as agriculture, tourism and construction.
Thus, Hungarian governmental bodies suggested to Chairman Bevanda the establishment of Hungarian-Bosnian small and medium businesses. Chairman Bevanda said that Hungary showed huge interested for investment in the energy sector and Corridor 5C, which begins in Budapest and ends in Ploče.
Chairman Bevanda said that flights between our country and Budapest was severed, and he agreed on the details of establishing flights between Sarajevo and Budapest.
