Štukan stated that during these protests there will be no gatherings, but only roadblocks. In today’s statement to Agency Anadolija, Štukan said that he does not have confirmed information on whether there will be a response to his call.
‘’It is a good thing that I do not know. I would like for this to happen spontaneously in various places and for no one to know when it will happen’’, said Štukan, among other things.
On 25 August, Štukan called on citizens of B&H through his Facebook profile to a ‘general mobilization’ on occasion of the arrival of the IMF Mission to our country.
On this occasion, he said that with each tranche from the IMF, B&H owes more and more, and he said that his ‘children and grandchildren’ would be paying for this.
According to him, the money from the IMF in public tenders and calls will end up in the hands of politicians, and would help them finance their campaigns in which they spread ‘’hate, division and fear among the people’’.
In the review of the fourth Stand-by Arrangement, the IMF Mission will visit Sarajevo and Banja Luka from 4-19 September, and it is expected that around 48,1 million Euros will be available with the conclusion of the fourth review.
