“Cocaine Queen” Arrested: One of the World’s Most Wanted Fugitives Captured

Tania Gomez (33) from Sweden has been arrested after successfully evading the police for years, and an Interpol warrant had also been issued for her.

She had been wanted since 2021, and tabloid media dubbed her the “cocaine queen” who was on Europol’s list of most wanted fugitives for drug trafficking.

Before she became a notorious figure in the world of organized crime, Gomez was an influencer. Her transition from influencer to drug dealer shocked her former fans and followers.

She is accused of operating within a criminal organization, based in Stockholm, which served to “launder” money for a Swedish gang.

Gomez was known as the owner of the dog rescue charity HundGarin.

However, according to Europol, she is also linked to a network of illegal animal possession and their transport abroad.

Swedish authorities are seeking a 14-year prison sentence for drug smuggling and money laundering.
