Competition of High School Students in Entrepreneurship “Business Challenges 2014” in Sarajevo

mladi_biznisThe national competition of high school students in entrepreneurship “Business Challenges 2014” will take place today and tomorrow in Sarajevo.

This competition is organized by the Youth Information Agency of B&H, Incubator of Social Innovations and Youth Achievements from Serbia. 100 high school students from 23 cities of 48 high schools will participate in the competition.

The competition is conducted according to the international methodology of the global network “Junior Achievement” of the educational program from the field of economy and entrepreneurship, which operates in 113 countries.

Students in the competition will solve challenging business tasks which they receive from professionals and managers, and three winning teams will have the opportunity to represent B&H at the regional competition which will be held by the end of April in Sarajevo.

“This competition is of great importance for B&H, because it is one of the ways to increase youth employment and self-employment or entry into entrepreneurial activity”, announced the Youth Information Agency of B&H.

The FB&H Ministry of Development, Entrepreneurship and Crafts, UNICEF, Schuler Helfer Leben, The Balkan Trust for Democracy and Tuzla Entrepreneurship Development Center support this competition.
