This donation is realized within the framework of the project “Children’s Week” in the amount of 10.500 BAM, which will be used for continuation of the construction of the house. Moreover, it was announced that this ministry will pay additional 1,670 BAM by the end of the year.
“This children who are not coming only from Sarajevo, but from all across the FB&H, must have conditional place to stay, as well as their parents, because the environment is very important for their healing and recovery,” as the minister Karacic emphasized.
The Association is hoping that the construction of the house will be completed by the end of the year.
“This donation means so much for us, and we need almost 120,000 BAM more in order to finish everything on time. We are currently doing the internal works, so that home furnishings and external arrangement of the building is remaining to be done,” said Jasna Vatres, on behalf of the Association ‘Heart for the Children with Cancer in FB&H’.
The Association highlighted that there are some promises that still have not been realized, and they invited other municipalities and institutions in other cantons to participate in the financing as well, because the construction of the house is primarily intended for parents and children from other cities in the FB&H.
