The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has sentenced Boro Ivanovic to 10 years in prison for multiple rapes in Foča in 1992.
Ivanovic was found guilty of committing crimes against humanity in the Foča area as a member of the Republika Srpska Army.
The Court’s ruling extended the travel ban on Ivanovic.
The trial in this case began in February last year.
An appeal against this verdict has been allowed to the Appellate Chamber of the Court of BiH, BIRN reported.
