Unofficially, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina rejected all objections of lawyer Milorad Dodik to the confirmed indictment of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
We remind you that the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina accused Milorad Dodik and Miloš Lukić of disobeying the decisions of the High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Christian Schmidt.
However, Milorad Dodik’s lawyer claimed that the criminal offense for which Dodik was accused does not exist because, according to them, Schmidt is illegal. Rejection of all objections means that the court process should begin, after which a guilty plea will be scheduled first and the main trial will be organized.
