At the General Session of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, a decision was made to reject the request of the lawyer of the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, to disqualify Judge Jasmina Ćosić-Dedović.
The decision was made unanimously. This means that, if the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirms the indictment of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Judge Ćosić Dedović will lead the trial against Dodik.
On August 11, the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina filed an indictment against the President of the Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik and the official spokesman of the RS, Miloš Lukić, for disobeying the decisions of the high representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Fena reports.
