Covic revealed why He did not support Review of the Lawsuit against Serbia

CovicMember of the Presidency of BiH Dragan Covic stated that he did not make the decision regarding the request for a revision of the lawsuit against Serbia before the International Court of Justice (ICJ), because he was sure that the representatives of Bosniak side would start a lawsuit against Croatia before that court in the case of a negative second instance verdict against the six former officials of the so-called Herceg-Bosna before the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY).

Covic said that Sarajevo is “extremely interested in the judgment for the joint criminal enterprise”.

He also said that there are several para-structures in the intelligence and police community and politics, and he considers “the fact that Bosniak representatives hid the letter from the International Court of Justice in which was stated that Sakib Softic is not considered as legitimate representatives of BiH before that court from two members of the Presidency of BiH as the attack on the constitutional order”. Softic submitted the request for revision of the judgment by the lawsuit of BiH against Serbia for which was not determined the responsibility of Serbia for war crimes in BiH.
