Crnadak told Lavrov that B&H is progressing towards the European integrations, with quality and strong cooperation with Russia.
“We discussed bilateral matters, and it is important to mention several agreements that have already been prepared and certainly the most important one regarding the protection of foreign investments on both sides which is almost finished. Also, I would like to note the arrival of experts from Russia next year in B&H regarding the possibility of export of our agricultural and herbal products. These are very important things for us.”
“According to Lavrov, the best way for resolving all of our problems is the agreement between the three nations and the agreement between Republika Srpska and the FB&H. He thanked B&H for the attitude regarding the Ukrainian crisis, and because of the fact that we have not participate in the anti-Russian sanctions. I am convinced that our conversation will bring a series of positive events. We are planning session of intergovernmental mixed commission on foreign trade and economy in the spring of the next year. Currently, Russia is our 6th partner according to strength, and the 5th partner according to investments in B&H, but there is a great potential to make these 750 million EUR of foreign trade much higher,” said Crnadak.
During the day, Minister of Foreign Affairs of B&H met with David Lidington, Minister for Europe in the British Government, as well as with the Belarus delegation.
