Davis Cup: BiH Team against Lithuania

In September this year, the representation of Bosnia and Herzegovina will play a decisive match against Lithuania on a Davis Cup. The match will be played for the placement in the first group of Euro-African zone.

In Helsinki, selection of Bosnia and Herzegovina won the selection of Finland with the result of 3:2. Our best tennis players won third place and a final round of the II Euro-African zone of Davis cup.

If selection of BiH would defeat the Lithuanians, it could qualify for the first time in history in the First group of Euro-African Zone, in which it would continue competition in 2015. – was announced by the Tennis Association BiH.

Selector of BiH Amer Delić said that he counts on the same players who defeated the Finns: Damir Džumhur, Mirza Bašić, Tomislav Brkić and Nermana Fatić.

Match BiH – Lithuania will be played from 12^th until 14^th  September in Sarajevo, in the Sports Hall “Ramiz Salčin” in Mojmilo.
