Days of Novi Grad 2015 have started – Fun for Children and Parents

With projection of the animated movie ‘’ Little Dragon Coconut’’ and entertaining program for children called “Children’s Day”, the 19^th traditional manifestation “Days of Novi Grad 2015” was officially opened yesterday. The manifestation will last until the 30^th of June 2015.

The Municipality Novi Grad Sarajevo has prepared unusual fun for their youngest residents, with lots of gifts and surprises. More than 300 children enjoyed the three-hour long program that included cartoons, dancing, creating a scarf, modeling balloons, playing board games “Bear don’t get angry” and “Bingo”.

The party took place in front of the building of Novi Grad municipality, after the movie shown in Cinema Novi Grad. Cartoon-mascot Masha and the Bear, that children had a chance to play with, brought the biggest smile on the faces of these girls and boys.

The Assistant to the Mayor for Education, Culture, Sport and Local Integration of the development of municipality Novi Grad, Elvir Resić, welcomed the children and their parents. Resić invited all the present to enjoy interesting and fun program that the Municipality Novi Grad Sarajevo has prepared for its citizens, within the “Days of Novi Grad 2015.”

The Festival of children’s folklore was held last night, in front of the elementary school “Meša Selimović” at 6 pm, within the “Days of Novi Grad 2015.”
