When is the Deadline for Translation of Answers to the Questionnaire of the European Commission?

The Government of FBiH has adopted the first monthly Report on the work of the Commission for monitoring and coordination of the execution of the obligations of federal authorities in relation to European integrations, and instructed all federal institutions to provide an adequate presence of their representatives in the bodies whose meetings are held in the framework of the Stabilization and Association Agreement, as well as meetings organized in the context of preparing a reply to the Questionnaire of the European Commission.

It was noted that all federal administrative bodies submitted their answers to the Questionnaire of the EC, which fulfilled all the obligations under their jurisdiction that the Government of FBiH tasked them on the 23^rd of December 2016.

Government reminds heads of federal institutions that obligation in accordance with the needs of the integration process, in particular, the meetings of the body according to the SAA and the Questionnaire of the European Commission, is ensuring the translation of legal regulations and other documents that are required by the European Commission by the 30^th of April 2017.

The Government of FBiH has also accepted the recommendations of the EU from the first meeting of the subcommittee on transportation, energy, environment and regional development, as well as for internal market and competition, as a body in the framework of the Stabilization and Association Agreement between the EU and BiH.

The competent federal ministries and other bodies of the federal administration are tasked, each within its jurisdiction, to enable the implementation of the recommendations of the European Commission.

Office of the Government of FBiH for European Integration will present the conclusions and recommendations of the texts submitted to the competent institutions for the implementation and inform them of the Committee for European Integration of both Houses of the Parliament of FBiH.
