The BIH Council of Ministers adopted a decision at yesterday’s session in Sarajevo on withdrawing the third tranche of the fourth Stand-By Arrangement with the International Monetary Fund and authorized the Ministry of Finance and Treasure to issue promissory notes the equivalent of 33.82 million special drawing rights or over 80 million KM.
From these funds, two thirds are allocated for the budget of the FBiH and one third for the budget of the RS.
The payment of other tranches is subject to a quarterly review of the IMF and will be proclaimed as dependencies in order for BiH to fulfill its commitments.
