Development bank of FB&H is obliged to, in case there are no other interested buyers, bid the price of one BAM, and in case there are other buyers, the highest price it can bit to is the amount of 15,308,010 BAM. The rationale of the Decision stated that this amount was determined based on the Civil study on the assessment of the sales value of the property, made by the permanent court expert in civil engineering.
Financial means for the purchase of properties will be provided by the Development Bank from its own means, as well as the funds for payment of taxes and other expenses related to real estate sales. The funds for insurance (a deposit) for participation in the sale will also be provided by this bank.
By purchasing this property, it would be ensured that it stays owned by the economic society Agrokomerc JSC Velika Kladuša, thus protecting the property and preserving the unity of production-manufacturing whole of the complex of Food industry. Development bank would become the owner of the entire property and thereby new requests for execution by other creditors would be prevented.
