“If there are no clearly set goals regarding the four conditions of the RS, the referendum will be held”, Dodik stated.
Dodik said that the RS expects the Court and the Prosecutors’ Office of B&H to be independent in processing the perpetrators of war crimes, then the modification of the Criminal Law, and that the Court of B&H cannot retroactively apply the law during the processes.
Commenting on the re-composition of the authority in the Council of Ministers of B&H, Dodik repeated that the SNSD has “a principled relation and that there is no need for rush”
“I don’t think that any re-composition is happening, nor there is a need for it”, said Dodik and re-accused the Serb Democratic Party (SDS) for, as he claims, treacherous policy at the level of B&H.
Dodik confirmed that no concrete discussions about the possible entering of the SNSD into the government at the level of B&H are being held.
