Milorad Dodik, the President of Republika Srpska (RS), said at yesterday’s press conference that Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH)will not support the agreement from the Berlin process, which refers to crossing the borders of Kosovo and BiH with identity cards.
The reason for Dodik’s “promise” in which he says that he will not allow the residents of Kosovo to travel easily to BiH, is the statement of the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, who drew a parallel between the north of Kosovo and the RS.
“That Kurti speaks negatively about the RS and now expects us to vote so that they will be able to enter BiH with ID cards. That will not happen, especially after the qualifications of Albin Kurti about the RS. There is no need for us to be servile there. Regardless of the fact that it was something agreed upon within the Berlin process, it will not happen that we give any signature to the further operationalization of those documents. I am publicly informing those in Germany and whoever. So, if they want to play correctly, then they should have closed Kurti’s mouth so that he wouldn’t insult the RS,” Dodik was harsh.
Then he had an outburst of chauvinism and racism, which is not unusual for him.
“The RS has more legitimacy than the temporary institutions of Pristina. We have more international legitimacy than they do, so how can they teach us a lesson about what we are. Well, they are the worst who exist. Therefore, we don’t need Shqiptar here, nor Albanians, who come to BiH with hatred towards Serbs. We are more peaceful and safer without them,” Milorad Dodik concluded, Klix.ba reports.
