Draft Law on Employment of Minors Determined

The FB&H Government identified at the last session the Draft Law on Public Institution Department for the acceptance and education of children and minors-Sarajevo, as the legal successor of the Institute for the education of male children and young people, whose rights and obligations of the founders was taken over by the FB&H Parliament.

The activity of the new institute is the resocialization of minors with social and personal problems and perpetrators of offenses through the implementation of educational institutional measures of committal to an educational institution, temporary placement of juveniles at the discretion of the court, and the acceptance and upbringing of children and young people referred on the basis of the decisions of the competent guardianship authorities, announced the FB&H Government.
