He said that the European Bank would ensure 2 million of donor funds and the grant funds will be spent dedicated to equipping facilities for heat expenditure.
He expressed hope that by September or October an agreement should be signed with the European Bank, and after that a tender for materials and contractors of works, so that in Spring the construction could start for plants, office buildings and warehouses for biomass.
He said that the new heating could be in function by the season 2015/2016.
‘’We will protect the environment in Pale and this will be the cheapest heating, because every consumer will have an instrument that will measure the expenditure of heating’’, he said, and added that the price of energy would be the same for all consumers.
According to Pavlović, this is expected to be one of the most modern heating systems, unique in BiH, because every consumer will be measuring instruments to measure heating energy expenditure.
