On the occasion of the General Elections in Bosnia and Herzegovina on Sunday, October 4th, the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CEC BiH) called on voters to be prepared for election day and to inform themselves about the candidates and their order on candidate lists.
The Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina published the certified candidates list on its website on August 18th, and starting today they will also be prominently displayed on the homepage of the website.
In the section titled “Candidate Lists – Proportional Representation,” the voters have an option to select their municipality of residence (voting municipality) to view the candidate list according to the electoral units to which their municipality belongs.
Furthermore, the CEC posted multiple videos featuring instructions for voters as well as for election administration, which will also be posted on the homepage of the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s website.
Among the video features are those demonstrating how voters in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, voters in Republika Srpska, and voters in the Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina can vote correctly, as well as video instructions for operators and polling station committee members.
“Therefore, once again, the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina calls on voters and the election administration to welcome election day fully prepared,” stated the CEC BiH.
