A fifteen-year-old girl, who injured two girls with a cold weapon yesterday in front of the school in Gornja Tuzla, was detained and handed over to the Tuzla Canton Prosecutor’s Office.
Preliminary proceedings have been opened against the suspect, and measures and actions will be implemented in accordance with the Law on Protection and Treatment of Children and Minors in Criminal Proceedings of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Prosecutor’s Office states that, given that both the suspect and the victim are minors, they are unable to provide more information about the event or the further course of the proceedings, in order to protect the rights and interests of children and minors involved in criminal proceedings.
