The project objectives and activities are in line with the BiH Strategy for Public Administration Reform, one of the key factors for a successful European integration process. The project addressed the goals of the Revised Action Plan 1 in the Human Resources Management, contributing to creation of a reformed, efficient, transparent and service oriented public administration in BiH.
The activities and results of the project will be presented at the Conference as well as the future steps needed in the reform of human resource management in the civil service in BiH.
The conference will be opened by welcome remarks by Melvin Asin, Head of Cooperation, EU Delegation to BiH, followed by speeches by Josip Grubeša, BiH Minister of Justice, Mato Jozić, FBiH Minister of Justice, Radana Daljević, Assistant RS Minister of Administration and Local Self-governance, Tomislav Stjepanović, Head of Department for Expert and Administrative Affairs of Brcko District BiH Government, Dragan Ćuluzan, State Coordinator for Public Administration Reform in BiH, and experts from the EUHRM project.

The European Union funded the project “Modernisation of Human Resources Management Systems in the Civil Service (EUHRM)” from the Instrument for Pre–Accession Assistance (IPA 2011) in the amount of 1,769,000.00 EUR.
